Personal Research Project
For my Personal Research Project I had decided to do it on Horses. I have chosen this topic because I have very strong emotions about them, I have a close relationship with them and generally I know a lot about them. In my project I will explain the evalotion of horses, different types and breeds and what they have done for our world.

Homework – Book Reveiw
Currently I am reading the Series of Unfortunate events by Lemony Snicket. There are a total of twelve books in this series and it follows the lives the three children [ the baudilaire's] that become orphans after hearing that their parents had perished in a fire. There are three children in the Bauldilaire family; Violet which is the eldest, Klaus which is the middle child and finally Sunny which is an infant at the youngest.
Mr. Poe is a bank manager which is in charge of the Baudilaire’s affairs, he chooses who to place the Baudilaire’s with. The first of which is an evil man named Count Olaf, he is absolutely horrible to them so Mr. Poe sends the children to other guardians but the evil Count Olaf always gets in the way because he is after the Baulilaire fortune which their parent left behind.
I absolutely recommend you to read this series, it is quite suitable for all ages 8 up and the library has all twelve of the books on its shelves!

Where ever this specail place may be, we all have one!

High Flyer Famous person
Lleyton Hewiit-
Lleyton Hewitt was born on the 24th of Feburary, 1981 in Adelaide Australia. Lleyton Hewitt was born into a family high satndard sporting achievers.
The Hewitt family had a grass tennis court in the backyeard of their westlakes house, this is where Lleyton began his tennis career. At the very young age of four Lyeytons parents noticed his skill at tennis, his parents decided that it was time to hire a coach.
At the age of just five Lleyton and his family made a trip to Melbourne for the Australian open. Lleytons talents had been discovered by his parents [ Cherilyn and Glen ] steered Lyeyton away from other sports that he was involved in.
By the time Lyeyton was just eight he was constantly winning ”under-10-games” and was always a standard about his year level. He was heading in the right direction for a professional career.
In 1999 Hewitt had his first tatse of the Davis Cup as he was asked to play for Australia with Pat Rarfter in the quarter finals at Boston.
Within Lleytons sporting life he has won many tournaments against many people.
Lleyton Hewitt is continuing his tennis career. Hewitt now has a wife named Bec and two children called Cruz and Mia.
2010 Camp Aldinga!!
G’day, in week one of term two L.A 20 and 21 went on a camp to Aldinga our foocus was Aboriganal Culture!
During this camp I learnt so much about Aboriganal people and the way that they live.
After this camp my thinking has changed a whole lot, I now realize that I don’t have to
go to a supermarket like foodland or coles but I can live of what mother nature provides us with.
I also now realize more than ever how important it is to accept everyone and there culture as
they do to us.
Bye for now, hope to hear from you soon!

Mr. Madden’s blog!!
I recently received to comment from Mr. Madden who lives on the other side of the world in Michigan.
MadWordsNow recently received a comment from “Mad Mads,” a 7th grade student and resident of Adelaide, South Australia, Australia!
Hello, I am from Adelaide, Australia and I am a grade 7 student. I think that your blog is pretty awesome and I was wondering if I could add your blog onto my blog roll.
Mad Mads lives over 10,000 miles from Grand Ledge, Michigan, United States–and her time zone is 14 hours ahead, so as I write this at 4:56 PM on Wednesday, March 3, Mad Mads is maybe just rising at 6:56 AM, Thursday, March 4.
Pretty cool, this person dropping a comment in on us from across the world–quite literally. I have encouraged Mad Mads to let her classmates and teacher know that we here at MadWords welcome their comments.
As soon as it seems all right with them, some of you can make comments on their student blogs.
10,000 miles, that’s about 16,000 kilometers, or 52, 800, 000 feet, or 633, 600, 000 inches.
That is what he wrote, he seems like an amazing teacher and I really hope to stay in close contact with him in the future.
